From Cesar Bona's lecture, I was struck when he said, "Educate in empathy, sensitivity and respect", because, as a future teacher, I propose to have an open understanding towards students, always try to adapt the contents to the strengths of students and above all, develop respect, no matter who, put those magic words (Please, Grace and Permission) into practice in a fluid way. For a teacher he must educate not only in knowledge, but also in customs and courtesy, since this discipline a generation that will lead the activities of society.
The video “the new challenges of education” by Cesar Bona, shows me the way a good teacher should act.
It also teaches me that the attitude of a teacher is very important in the development of his teaching. Another thing is that the teacher must be creative, have active listening and look for methods
to teach according to the student's need.
From this César Bona conference, it catches my attention when he says that teachers should ask us questions every day. I consider it essential for the transformation of the teacher's practice a
reflection of his practice, of considering what is right and what should be improved, what he puts into practice and should put into practice.
The teacher must have an attitude that infects children, demonstrates love for what they do, empathy for students, sensitivity and respect. The teacher must always keep in mind that students learn
when they get excited and that students are the way they are and must be accepted, change our perspective on them and educate them according to their competences.

Teaching Methods for Inspiring the Students of the Future Joe Ruhl
2 video:
Why teachers teach but kids don’t learn Ben Richards
This video by Cesar Bona tells us about the kind of teacher we should be. What he says is that we have to be teachers who inspire and positively mark the lives of students.
Being a quality teacher depends on ourselves, on our attitude, because when students see teachers as having a good attitude they become infected. Something very important that is mentioned in the
video is that children go to school out of obligation, and it is up to us to turn school into a place where they want to go. But for that, we must be teachers who love what they do, in addition to
respecting, being interested and listening to the students, because those things make the difference. Teachers are responsible for training the future citizens of society. If we want a better
society, we must start with school, educating in respect, empathy, and sensitivity.

Example:

He'll give it to you when you come next Saturday.
2. present continuos
1: First, we use the present continuous for things that are happening at the moment of speaking. These things usually last for quite a short time and they are not finished when we are talking about them.
I'm working at the moment.
Please call back as we are eating dinner now.
Julie is
2: We can also use this tense for other kinds of temporary situations, even if the action isn't happening at this moment.

She's staying with her friend for a week.

The simple past is formed using the verb + ed. In addition, there are many verbs with irregular past forms.

Use the past continuous to indicate that a longer action in the past was interrupted. The interruption is usually a shorter action in the simple past. Remember this can be a real interruption or just an interruption in time.

I can use indirect questions when I'm asking for help in the street, because they are very polite. Indirect questions start with a phrase like 'could you tell me...' or 'do you know...'. For example:
Direct question: Where is the bank?
Indirect question: Could you tell me where the bank is?
